We acknowledge the traditional owners of this land, the palawa people, and recognise them as the traditional owners and continuing custodians of the land and waters of this island, lutruwita (Tasmania) on which we work, grow, harvest, build, learn and live upon.

We pay our deep respects to Tasmanian Aboriginal Communities, all of whom have survived invasion and dispossession, and who continue to maintain their identity and culture. Sovereignty has never been ceded. Tasmania always was and always will be Aboriginal land.
